client’s insurance agents,
accountants, financial planners
and other financial advisors as
needed to help achieve the
optimum estate plan. A majority
of my clients require only a
basic estate plan which usually
includes a customized will,
health care proxy and durable
power of attorney. For those
clients who might otherwise be
subject to estate taxes, a more
complex plan may be desirable
utilizing marital and/or credit
shelter trust provisions,
insurance trusts and other
estate tax minimization

administration proceedings,
